  • All Sales Are Final: Ticket purchases are non-refundable. Refunds are only issued if the concert event is officially canceled or postponed by the organizers.

  • Age Restriction: This event is strictly for individuals aged 18 and older. Valid physical identification must be presented at the venue gates for entry.

  • Right of Refusal: Organizers and venue management reserve the absolute right to deny entry to unwanted persons or individuals violating club safety rules, without additional explanation.

  • Email Correction: If you made a data entry mistake with your email during your ticket purchase, please contact our support team immediately at +370 699 39567 to retrieve your booking.

 

📦 DELIVERY, SHIPPING & WRONG EMAIL POLICY

  • Instant Digital Delivery: All concert passes, bundle tickets, and group packs purchased online are delivered instantly via email as a downloadable PDF barcode file. No physical tickets will be mailed to your home address.

  • Entry Requirements: You must present your digital barcode on your smartphone screen or bring a printed paper copy to the door table checkpoint for verification.

  • Processing Time Disclaimer: Please note that online payments processed via REVOLUT or international bank transfers may take longer to sync. We highly recommend using a standard local debit card or immediate mobile banking option if you are purchasing close to showtime.

 

🔒 PRIVACY POLICY

  • Data Collection: We collect minimal, necessary personal information during your checkout loop—including your legal name, email address, and phone number—purely to process your transaction and deliver your digital tickets.

  • Data Usage: Your contact details are stored securely and will only be used to send your entry passes, notify you of urgent venue scheduling changes, or resolve order issues. We never sell or share your data with outside third-party marketing companies.

Rescheduled Events: If the concert is postponed, your ticket remains valid for the new date. If you cannot make the new date, you have [Insert number, eg, 30] days from the announcement to request a refund.Change of Mind: You can request a refund for personal reasons up to [Insert number, eg, 7] days before the event. Only the ticket face value will be refunded. No refund requests will be accepted after this deadline.Ticket Transfers: If you cannot attend, you can transfer your ticket to another person free of charge. This can be done through your account dashboard at any time before the event starts.
