musical blasphemy: Taylor swift album of the year awards

As Judge Judy says, "Don't pee on my leg and tell me it's raining." Taylor Swift being the first artist to have four Album of the Year Grammys before Mariah, Whitney, Stevie, Michael, Madonna, and countless others is musical blasphemy. How is that even possible? I've always thought the award shows were rigged, but to such a gross extent?
Michael Jackson only won Album of the Year once for Thriller.
Whitney Houston only won it once for The Bodyguard.
Madonna has been completely shut out of the category her entire career.
Mariah Carey has zero Album of the Year wins despite rewriting the Billboard record books.
Prince was entirely bypassed for the top honor.
And, Famzi, we know the history of Grammy voting scandals is heavily documented, from the exposed “secret committees” to rampant suspicion of corporate back-scratching and institutional bias. When an award show consistently snubs critically acclaimed, genre-defining Black and brown artists in the major categories, it proves the game is tilted.
At the end of the day, time is the only unbiased judge in the music industry. They can keep their rigged trophies—the culture knows exactly who earned the crown. Don't you agree, Foxys?
