Hi Foxys, Thank you for coming to my Adele Celebration. I will talk more about that in my next blog. But for now, I thought I should share a little behind the scenes of what I go through before the show.

First, there is ALWAYS dress rehearsal. We have to make sure there are no wardrobe malfunctions, especially when you're showing off as much skin as I was in this outfit. This is my favorite outfit for performance. It keeps everything covered while flaunting what's covered—if you know what I mean.

Secondly, I changed my white shoe strings into silver ones so they can sparkle better in the dark. My sister doesn't like the shoes. I gotta work on my fashion. LOL. Then I write out my setlist in big black marker on white paper, to keep by my foot on stage, to look at so I know what song is coming up next. I didn't need it at this show, I will tell why in the next blog.

I had to dry my socks with a blow dryer, after washing them by hand because they were in my dirty hamper. I didn't notice they weren't clean until the last minute. Threw it in the suitcase, and off I go!

Believe it or not, it actually takes me a few hours to get ready. What I didn't show you was preparing my hair, going to the store to find some mascara and eyeliner. All the while, Adele is playing in my ear so I can subconsciously rehearse.

Getting ready is an evil necessity. LOL. On June 26th, we will have a "MJ Forever" concert, celebrating Michael Jackson's greatest hits. I can't wait to figure out what to wear, and show you the behind the scenes of getting ready. See you next month.
