Rescheduled Events: If the concert is postponed, your ticket remains valid for the new date. If you cannot make the new date, you have [Insert number, eg, 30] days from the announcement to request a refund.Change of Mind: You can request a refund for personal reasons up to [Insert number, eg, 7] days before the event. Only the ticket face value will be refunded.
