How are you, Foxys? I'm feeling under the weather. I've been sick for about a week. On Tuesday, I went to register for a primary doctor so I could see if I needed some type of antibiotics. But when I went to register, the receptionist told me I could not register for a doctor because I had not declared my residence on my visa. But I clearly put my address on my visa application.
If you want a TRP in Europe, don't forget to officially register your residence, or you will not be able to see a doctor, nor get a freakin' bank account. This is my first RESIDENTIAL visa, so the rules are new to me.
However, to declare a residence, I must bring an official letter or lease proving that I am a tenant. Simply writing down the address is not enough. It's been a little chilly in Lithuania this week, and I was feeling horrible midweek. But I HAD to get this done. Get an official letter, go to the municipal building to register my residence; THEN go back to the hospital to be assigned a primary doctor.

I hope you're taking notes, Foxys! Learn from my mistakes as you prepare to enjoy your life via international waters.
Stay Foxy!
