Music Life- Moxie's Baby sitters.

I am definitely a Fox, with a social-butterfly streak. Especially when I see other girls. Being a girl's girl, I instantly want to start talking and chit-chatting. Black American women are known for striking up conversations with strangers they don't know... simply to compliment their looks.

"Yes, Girl. You are doing the damn thing! I see you!"

And I get so excited when I see other girls working, because it's a man's world. And a little compliment goes a long way. It's like saying "Yes, Girl. You are doing the damn thing! I see you!" That's one of the reasons I am usually assigned a babysitter before my shows; I get easily distracted. LOL

In the clip below, I was on my way to soundcheck. But I just so happened to see the interviewer whom I met at a jazz festival earlier that year. So I tried to stop and chit-chat a little with her, just to say hello. But my handler wasn't having it.

The clip to the left shows Sasha was not impressed with me turning the interview into a girl's moment. So he called my handler to take me to makeup and vocal warm-up. The more I see my behind-the-scenes clips, the more I am starting to think that maybe I am the problem.

I am always complaining there isn't enough time for soundcheck, vocal preparation, and my pre-show glass of wine. But I see that I'm the culprit. LMAO!
