TGIF! Survival of the foxiest- not the fittest

Say It With Me Now! Thank Goddess I'm Foxy! And why should we be thankful? Because we don't need to be the Best of the Bunch in order to survive. Most political leaders are in the WORST shape possible (morally, mentally, physically, spiritually), and yet they rule the world. How is that possible? It's because they are clever, ambitious, and driven, like foxes. That epiphany dawned on me this week.

So when we are disappointed in ourselves, we have to ask, "Well, how did we make it this far?" Though we are filled with mistakes and flaws, there's something about us that has sustained us through our journey. Reading music is not my strong point because I never learned. But I am very fit musically in other ways, which allows me to survive and thrive in the performance industry. What about you? What's that special trait about you that keeps you surviving?
