Three Essential Mindsets for Pursuing Your Dreams Against All Odds

Being a musician means more to me than just playing instruments. It's a mission—to spread love around the world. I want to be the one who blazes that trail, uniting hearts through music. My big goal today is to visit 100 countries. I want to share with you the three things that make me believe i can do it. , It comes down to three essential mindsets: delusion, audacity, and obsession. These qualities fuel the journey when logic and evidence suggest quitting. Understanding and embracing these mindsets can help you start following your dream today.


The Power of Delusion: Believing in What Others Can’t See


Delusion often gets a bad reputation. It sounds like a flaw, a sign of being out of touch with reality. But when it comes to dreams, a certain kind of delusion is necessary. It means believing in an idea that exists only in your head, even when the world says it’s impossible or unlikely.



Delusion helps you:


  • Ignore negative voices and doubts

  • Stay motivated when progress is slow

  • Visualize success before it happens


Without this mindset, it’s easy to give up at the first sign of failure. Our dreams need us to believe fiercely, Foxys, even if it seems unrealistic to others.

Audacity: Fighting for Your Dream Despite the Odds


Audacity means having the courage to fight for your dream even when evidence suggests you are wasting your time. It’s the boldness to go against the grain and challenge the status quo.


The concern from my loved ones, and a couple of chuckles from naysayres wasnt enought to keep me from traveling the world. Despite being a single, black american woman with no formal musical education, no business education i has the audacity to keep trying until i made a career out if it.


Audacity involves:


  • Taking risks others avoid

  • Standing firm against criticism and skepticism

  • Being willing to fail and try again


This mindset pushes you to take action, even when the path is unclear or difficult. It’s the fuel that turns belief into effort.


Obsession: Living and Breathing Your Purpose


The final mindset is obsession. This means being deeply committed to your goal, to the point where it becomes part of your identity. When you understand your purpose, your dream is no longer just an idea; it becomes your reason for living.



Obsession leads to:


  • Persistent focus on your goal

  • Sacrifices of time and comfort

  • Continuous self-improvement


When you are obsessed, setbacks don’t stop you. Instead, they become challenges to overcome. Your dream shapes your daily life and decisions.

  • Entry Requirements: You must present your digital barcode on your smartphone screen or bring a printed paper copy to the door table checkpoint for verification.

  • Processing Time Disclaimer: Please note that online payments processed via REVOLUT or international bank transfers may take longer to sync. We highly recommend using a standard local debit card or immediate mobile banking option if you are purchasing close to showtime.
