When I say that I love you, it's not just empty words, Moxie's Foxys, Foxies, Foxxies—take your pick. You have been rocking with me since Goddess was a girl. Even at times when I didn't realize it, you had my back. I've always felt the love, which fuels me to travel the world with no fear. As of the writing of this blog, I have traveled and performed in over 58 countries. I know that wherever I go, there will be love. But my faith in my Foxys resonated the most during COVID.
But even after the order to stay home, Foxys kept buying tickets. You. Never. Stopped.

At that time, we were locked down, and only "essential" workers were encouraged to keep doing their jobs. I already had shows booked for months before the announcement. Tickets were being sold, and my band was well-rehearsed. But even after the order to stay home, Foxys kept buying tickets. We offered to cancel and refund your money. Only a handful chose that option. I was overwhelmed. So I kept booking shows, and you kept showing up. You. Never. Stopped. Not only did you keep supporting me, you indirectly helped the venues and their workers to keep afloat. Even as I write this blog, I'm misty-eyed at the memory of you being there.

YOU considered me essential. We considered each other essential. I couldn't believe it. More importantly, it proved how essential music is to us all. In a time of despair and uncertainty, music was our

escape; our anchor to keep hoping for better days. Music brought us together, just like the only true religion should. This is why I often come off the stage and go to the audience often. I must feel the love, and I want you to know how much I appreciate you as well.

Thank you for always showing up for me. And that's why I will always give my all at every show, to the point of leaving my soul on stage for all to feed off of. When it's over, I want everyone to feel full and satisfied. Thank you for being a part of my community. May you forever STAY FOXY!!
