Labas, Foxys!
What a FANTABULOUS time I had in Litty, once again. This tour, however, I added an extra city to my concert list, Kedainiai. It's a small city, with a huge welcoming heart. When I found out the Mayor's first name is Valentinas - I knew I should visit. It can't be a coincidence his name is close to the word Valentine. Thank you to everyone who came out to the show. It was a lovely time. I was worried because I had lost my percussionist unbeknownst to me, until the show actually started!!!
YES! I freaked out!!! I was already on edge because I had no one to assist me on this concert. And my MUA was MIA, including my hairstylist. I had to do it all! :( Well, like I said on Instagram, after several crying spells; fifty bobby pins, and redoing my entire face twice I looked "good enough" for the stage.
The less I have to worry about things happening offstage, the better I can perform. This helps me give my best effort and connect with my audience more effectively. By keeping outside issues to a minimum, I can put all my energy into what I’m doing on stage. But this day, I was doing the work of three people. But it's always worth it. Stay tuned for part 2
